The JIC Project has been identified to maintain plateau gas production rates from the Jansz-Io field once reservoir pressures have depleted. In addition, the compression facilities will allow full recovery of the Jansz-Io field resources and act as a production hub, enabling the development of future fields already discovered in the region via tie-backs to the compression facilities
